August New Car Deals Incentives and Rebates

Late summer deals
The late summer and early fall is always one of the busiest times of the year for people getting new car deals. The next model year of vehicles really start hitting dealerships during this time, and it makes it one of the best times to shop around and see the kind of deals you could get.

We can highlight some of the offered financing deals on new cars from several manufacturers. It's very important to do the math to see how these offers really stack up. Also remember that you will typically get better offers on the more expensive cars than you would on some of the cheaper new cars under $12000.

Some of the best
One of the best offers from Chevy is on the 2012 Chevy Volt. This car has been the target of many incentive and rebate programs, some even come from the government. Chevy is offering 0.9% financing for 72 months on the Volt, and combined with the money back from the government it makes this deal pretty attractive if you think the Volt could work for you.

Ford is offering up to $500 on a rebate or 1.9% financing for 36 months on its 2012 Ford Fiesta. Honda is offering 0.9% financing for 24-36 months or 1.9% financing for 37-60 months on their 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid. Kia has 0.9% financing for 36 months or 1.9% financing for 60 months on their popular 2012 Kia Optima.

Here are the current offers from Chevy, Ford, Kia and Honda. The rebate and financing offers differ from region to region for some vehicles, so the following are the maximum offers. Check with your local dealer to see what you qualify for.
