Hyundai is on Fire

Better than ever

Hyundai is a car manufacturer that is on fire lately. This last May was Hyundai's second biggest month of all time for car deals, and was up 14% over last May.

It is no coincidence either; Hyundai is fully dedicated to delivering car buyers the most fuel efficient American lineup of any manufacturer, and they are currently the only one with at least four cars in their lineup that have an EPA estimated mpg of over 40.

They have the Accent, Veloster, Sonata Hybrid and the Elantra that have broken the 40 mpg barrier, and this exclusive group is sure to grow for Hyundai in years to come. Of the 67,019 units sold this May, 38% of the cars that left Hyundai dealerships were one of these fuel sipping vehicles.

The resurgence of the 2012 Hyundai Elantra and Sonata as major competitors in their segments have driven Hyundai back into the mix. Hyundai seems to have its finger planted on the pulse of car buyers these days, and their priorities reflect that.

Hyundai is not only the most fuel efficient lineup in America, they are also making some of the most stylish and technologically equipped vehicles in their respective segments.

Hyundai is cool
Not stopping there

Hyundai is pushing drivers to join them in making August the official National Fuel Efficiency Month to raise awareness on how to squeeze every single mpg you can out of your car.

Hyundai has been dedicated to the fuel economy revolution and has really been ahead of the curve the whole time. Well before the mandated lineup average of 35.5 mpg by 2016 was put into place in 2009, Hyundai announced they would have their lineup to 35 mpg by 2015. It didn't even take them that long, as just last month their lineup average was over 37 mpg.

Car buyers are loving what Hyundai is doing so much, they can't even keep enough cars on their lots. Currently they are estimated to be operating on average with a 30 day supply of cars, which is almost half of the national average.
